Description
Solyanka Soup – Ready-to-Eat Frozen Meal
Solyanka Soup is a rich, tangy and hearty traditional Eastern-European soup with a deep smoky aroma and comforting, rustic character. A fragrant beef broth (30%) is filled with smoked sausages, bacon and ham, tender potatoes, pickles and olives, then balanced with tomato paste, lemon juice and aromatic spices for its signature sweet-sour and savory flavor.
Every spoonful delivers a bold combination of smoky, sour and meaty notes, especially when served the classic way — with a slice of lemon and a spoon of sour cream. It’s a perfect hot meal for cold days or whenever you want something truly satisfying and filling.
The soup is fully cooked and frozen in a convenient “tablet” format (0.5 lb), designed for quick heating without long preparation. Just heat and enjoy authentic homemade-style Solyanka in minutes.
Heating Method (Microwave or Stove):
Stove:
Place the frozen soup “tablet” into a pan, add ½ cup of water or broth, cover with a lid and heat on medium until fully melted and hot, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper if desired.
Microwave:
Remove lid or packaging, place the frozen soup into a microwave-safe container, add 2–4 tablespoons of water, cover loosely and heat on HIGH 6–8 minutes, stirring halfway through, until fully hot.
Let stand 1–2 minutes before serving. Serve with sour cream and lemon for the traditional taste.
